1. What types of conditions do you treat?

We specialise in treating a range of neurological conditions such as stroke, parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries, and balance disorders. We also work with older adults experiencing reduced mobility, helping them maintain independence and prevent falls. If your condition is not listed, please still get in touch and we can advise further.

2. Do I need a referral from a doctor to book an appointment?

No referral is necessary. You can book an appointment directly with us. However, we are happy to work alongside your GP or specialist as part of a wider care team if needed.

3. Where do you offer your services?

We carry out services in the comfort and familiarity of your own home within approximately 10 miles of Holywell and Mold. If you are located outside of this area, please get in touch and we can advise further.

4. What can I expect during my first appointment?

Your first session will include a detailed assessment of your condition, mobility, and goals. From there, we’ll create a personalised physiotherapy plan tailored to your specific needs.

5. How long are the sessions?

Initial assessments typically last up to 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions are 45 minutes.

6. What should I wear during my appointment?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement and access to the area being treated. Supportive footwear is also recommended.

7. Can you help with falls prevention and mobility aids?

Yes. We provide balance training, mobility assessments, and recommendations for walking aids. Our goal is to help you move safely and confidently.

8. Do you offer services for caregivers or family members?

Absolutely. We can provide guidance, training, and support to caregivers to ensure safe handling and assistive techniques at home.

9. How do you accept payment?

We accept payment by bank transfer (preferred), card payments and cash.

10. What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we always aim to be fair and flexible where possible. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
