Meet the Team
Hi, I'm Louise, a Neurological Physiotherapist with a passion for helping people enhance their quality of life through improved mobility and independence. With a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and a Diploma of Higher Education in Rehabilitation and Injury Management, I’ve spent the past three years working exclusively in neurological physiotherapy, a field that resonated deeply with me during my studies and continues to inspire me every day. I also have previous experience of working in the NHS as a therapy assistant, including ward-based and community therapy, focusing on mobility and falls prevention.
My approach to care is holistic and evidence-based, drawing on additional training in Pilates and Acupuncture to support recovery and long-term wellbeing. Whether working with individuals living with MS or PD, or recovering from a stroke, or managing other neurological conditions, I’m committed to delivering personalised, compassionate care that empowers individuals on their rehabilitation journey.
Outside of work, I’m a proud parent to two amazing teenagers. I enjoy long walks, catching the latest Marvel films, and heading to live gigs whenever I can, especially if the Foo Fighters are playing!
Hi, I'm Jess, a Physiotherapist with a Masters Degree and a passion for helping people live fuller, more confident lives. I specialise in assessing and treating neurological conditions and have a background in community therapy, falls prevention and over eight years experience as a personal trainer. I aim to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and everyday functional movement, through a safe, effective and person-centred approach that empowers individuals.
My journey into Physiotherapy began with a change in my health. In my early 20s, I was diagnosed with a heart condition and faced a life-changing decision, one that affected my mental health and shifted my entire outlook. It was through this experience that led me to what I am truly passionate about; supporting others through their own challenges, whilst they navigate their own health journeys and challenges. While I may not have walked in your shoes, I understand how powerful and sometimes overwhelming the connection between physical and mental health can be. My goal is to meet you with empathy, encouragement, and personalised care that helps you feel heard, supported and empowered.
And when I'm not working? You'll find me paddle boarding (usually falling in), or spending time with my dogs.
I would love to hear your story or even a hello! Please feel free to drop me a message any time.

How We Work
While we operate under a shared trade name for advertising and promotional purposes, each Physiotherapist associated with New Horizons Physiotherapy, operates as an independent sole trader. All practitioners are independently responsible for their own practice, and professional obligations.
Clients will contract directly with their Physiotherapist. In situations where a second therapist is required, for example, due to clinical complexity or safety reasons, this will be arranged with the client's informed consent. The primary therapist will remain the main point of contact and payment will be made to them directly. The involvement of the second Physiotherapist will be managed internally between practitioners as part of a subcontracting arrangement.
